When purchasing our pork by the ½ or entire animal you know where and how it is raised. With a large quantity purchase you pay for a price per pound not a price per cut. With our ½ or entire animal purchase the average cost per pound is approximately $3.02. This means that our pork sausage are $3.02 a pound but so is the pork tenderloin. Keep in mind that naturally raised meat is leaner than what you are probably used to so you will have to cook it accordingly. We encourage you to go to your local meat market and compare prices. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
